Data we process
VSO Leads applies the principle of minimization and only processes data appropriate to each purpose.
Contact and business relationship
When someone contacts us via form, email or phone, or schedules a meeting, we may process first and last name, company, job title, email, phone number, the content of the inquiry, and the information necessary to assess or provide the requested service.
Browsing and security
The infrastructure that serves the site may generate limited technical logs, such as IP address, date and time, resource requested, user agent and security events. This data is used to deliver content, diagnose incidents and protect the service.
Privacy preferences
The browser locally stores your cookie decision, along with its date and version, as described in the Cookie Policy.
No special categories of personal data are requested through this site.
Purposes and legal bases
The personal information you provide is used for the following purposes: handling inquiries and requests; providing services (consulting, advisory work, execution of the contracted system); order management and invoicing where applicable; scheduling appointments and meetings; sending commercial communications when you authorize it; complying with legal and tax obligations; and improving user experience and analyzing web traffic.
| Legal basis | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures | Managing your request, delivering the contracted service, scheduling meetings and, where applicable, processing payments through platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Bizum. |
| User consent | Subscription to informational communications and acceptance of non-necessary cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag). You can withdraw it at any time. |
| Compliance with legal obligations | Invoicing, tax obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities. |
| Legitimate interest | Protection and security of the site, and web traffic analysis with tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar to improve user experience, provided the relevant category is authorized. |
If additional commercial communications, analytics or marketing are technically activated in the future, the corresponding consent will be requested before processing begins, and it may be withdrawn as easily as it was given.
Retention periods
- Inquiries: for as long as necessary to respond and, at most, while liability could still arise from the communication.
- Contractual relationship: while it remains in force and afterward for the applicable tax, commercial and statute-of-limitations periods.
- Security logs: for the period strictly necessary to prevent, detect or investigate incidents.
- Consent preference: the site requests renewal after 180 days, unless deleted earlier by the user.
When data is no longer necessary it is deleted or blocked for the periods during which it may be required by authorities, courts or tribunals.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is not sold. Depending on the contracted service or the technologies you activate, your data may be shared with:
- Payment platforms: PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bizum, to process payments securely.
- Marketing and analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Calendly, only when the corresponding category is authorized and the integration is active.
- Service providers: hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), maintenance, communications, logistics and tax or legal advisory services, always under the controller's instructions and with the required contractual safeguards.
Several of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, VSO DIGITAL S.L. requires a valid mechanism under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, plus any additional safeguards required.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts or tribunals when there is a legal obligation to do so.

You can exercise the following rights:
- Access: find out whether we process your data and obtain a copy.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request its deletion where applicable.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Restriction: request that processing be temporarily restricted.
- Portability: receive the data provided in a structured format where applicable.
